Default Underbase & one color with one screen?

As a newbie to screen printing... if you are using an underbase, say white ink, and going to print a pink design, do you need two separate screens or can use use the same screen with two separate colors?

Thanks

You make two screens... lock them in and print away.

I'd suggest in your over coat you make the outline a little larger than the base. i.e. if your using illustrator make the point size like 0.5 on your color screen if your base is 0.0. hope that helps.
