Hello all!

I'm new to the business of Screen Printing as well as to this forum. I have a question regarding emulsion. I have the autosol9000 emulsion and I was wondering how long does it last before it goes bad? and if there is any way to extend the life of an emulsion? Thanks =)

Not sure on that brand but most emulsions, both dual cure or single polymer usually have a couple months. Dual cure will last longer until it is sensitized.
Keep the emulsion in a cool dark place and it will lost longer than normal. You can even keep it in the bottom of your refigerator.
Contact the manufacturer of the emulsion. they will give you the skiney on that particular brand.
