how did they transfer or what kind of process and materials they used on the adidas sleeve and mooto taekwondo uniforms?

It looks like a molded PVC patch to me.. it's custom made. If you search the internet for PVC patch you should be able to find some companies that can do that, but won't be cheap.

High density screen printing might give you a similar look (without the leather) and it would probably be cheaper.
