Hi,
I was offered an HP laserjet 8000dn in pretty good condition. I wanted to use it to print transperancies and produce halftones as it says it has 'emulated postscript level 2'. However, I want to know how I would install it via usb since my laptop did not come with a printer/parallel port. Do I need some sort of usb parallel plug or something? Anyhow, any help would be appreciated before I pony up & purchase it. The guy is selling it to me for $130 with a nearly brand new toner cartridge. He let me ake it home first to see if I liked the way it printed. Seems like a good deal but not if I cant get it to work.
