The septic tank will be fine.
My washout booth is based on a standard shower install. The biggest difference is that i built a 1 foot step up to the shower pan. This makes it a more convenient height for working with screens.
The water was plumbed to a fancy shower water mixer, which allowed separate control of heat and pressure. The water regulator leads to a stack of water outlets. The lowest outlet is for filling buckets. The next outlet powers the pressure washer. The next one is ia low pressure since. One outlet is unused and the top outlet is a show head.
The walls were dry walled with bathroom grade drywall. The drywall was painted with a primer/sealer and overpainted with water resistant paint. Then i used vinyl flooring for a soft backsplash.
The base of the shower pan is tapered to allow the water to flow down to the drain, so i added a cross member to place the screen onto.
The blue dip tank is visible on the right.
