This is my first time trying to print some t-shirts and I was wondering what are the requirements for the Design file.

1) What's the standard design file type ?

2) What resolution has to be in ?

3) Whats the maximum file size?

4) Are there any templates ?

When you talk to your specific screen printer, they can give you all that info. Each printer may have their own preferences and maximum print sizes.
