Default aluminum screens problems
Do anyone have problem with the mesh coming unglued from aluminum screen after they have been reclaim two or three times

Are your frames sandblasted? If yes, then you are having a problem with your glue or fixing agent.

Are you gluing & stretching yourself? If so, then it's a problem with your procedure, either in the frame prep, and or gluing itself. We use aluminum frames all the time, and never have any problem with the glue failing.
