Default Puff Ink Alternative?

Hello Forum People,
I'd like to know if anyone has used or produces alternative screen methods or inks over puff ink. We would like the printed area to be raised enough to feel the design, mostly 4mm dots, but not suffer the quirks of improperly mixed or applied puff inks. I'm limited on available screeners in my area that will do puff ink, None, which is the major reason I'm asking this question.

The only other thing I can think of along those lines is high density printing. The stencil thickness is built up and it leaves behind a heavy deposit of ink. I'm not sure if it will give you enough height, but it's another way (other than puff) to get a vertical print.

Thanks Lewis. I'll run that by my printer and see if he's capable. Take care in the Down Under.

There are special emulsions that if screen is coated multiple times will lay a thick deposit of ink, used mostly for high density clear but it should work for you,

Thanks John. Appreciate the advise. I'll pass this along to my printer as well.
