Default Atlas/Homebuilt Hybrid press

So I had an old non-functioning atlas 4 color press. Rather than let it go to waste, I threw together some 1 color presses. Here's the fruits of a lazy Saturday's work.

They're pretty sweet, as they're more adjustable than most one colors. You can adjust the off contact, adjust the arm forward and back, move the screen at different angles, etc. Pretty much anything you can do with one of atlas' 1 color presses, but like 1,000$ less.
Pay no mind to the dirty socks...

That's a pretty cool piece of recycling.

Sometimes when I'm watching Scrapheap Challenge I wonder what kind of printing equipment you could cobble together with the stuff that's out there Starting with an actual carousel makes it a touch easier, but it beats throwing it out and letting it become useless.

I have a four color atlas and I'm having registration problems with it. I noticed on yours theres 2 knobs for adjusting arm extension where as mine only has one. Could this be part of my troubles? Also theres a long bolt at the base sticking straight up. Whats that do?
