I see that i've somehow posted in the business/finance section. I don't know how this happened but it's a mistake. Sorry!

Hello everybody,
I am in the process of starting a modest t-shirt business. I've practiced making tees with the time-consuming screen-filler "stencil" technique and am ready to the photo emulsion method. I have not done it before. I created an exposure unit because I saw it online and it seemed like the organized thing to do.
I have (6) 18" unfiltered black light fixtures screwed next to each other on a wooden base. Today I am creating the walls but I am wondering:
- How tall do the walls need to be to hold the glass plane about the lights? -and-
- How thick should the glass plane be? I was thinking between 1/4"-1/16".
I see that i've somehow posted in the business/finance section. I don't know how this happened but it's a mistake. Sorry!
I moved this to the screenprinting section for you. Just as a heads up, you can click the "Report bad post" link that's under every post if you want to draw things to the attention of a moderator to fix. It doesn't get the poster in trouble or anything (not automatically anyway ), so there's no reason you can't use it on your own posts if, say, you posted in the wrong section.
Hey guys,
So i have the exposure unit built, but before reading the replies to this post like a bonehead. The black lights are not that far apart from eachother - probably closer to 2-3 inches. And the plexi-glasslike plane is abour 5 inches above the lights. Does experience tell anybody here that this will cause some problems or should I be ok? Not that hard to take apart it's made up basically of pins, staples holding together pieces of wood and drywall. Thanks. - Ns
