Default Permaset, Curing

Hi,
We are in the process of setting up a T shirt screen printing buisness. We are going to be using permaset inks.

The first thing I wanted to try and find out was how long will i need to cure the ink for. We have a spot and conveyor dryer.

We will also have a four colour press and wanted to know whats the best way to register the colours on a t-shirt.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Dyfrig

Default Re: Permaset, Curing

do a search at the top of this page on "permaset drying". I have posted instructions before on drying times from their website.

On registration, there are different way to do it, some will depend on the type of press you have. Here is a video on doing it with a manual press YouTube - Screen printing multiple color print 1 for silk screening
