Default How was this beanie printed and where can I get it done?

Hello, I have been searching all over the forums to try and find out how beanies like the ones attached are printed. It looks like it is a waterbased ink or a discharge. Please let me know where I can get something like this made.

Also, does anyone know of a cut and sew operation for hats, so I can get that "All Over" look on a hat? I Attached a picture...

Thanks a ton everyone!

Don't know about the baseball cap (photo too small to tell), but the other two look knitted to me ... not printed.

I did a quick search and there are a lot of companies that offer custom knitting but it looks to be very basic, (just straight across text on the front of the beanie)

I know a lot of things are done overseas, but how would one find out about these things?

Yeah most of the results I got are people who just embellish the cap with screen-print or embroidery. You need somebody who can manufacture the whole thing.

I found these guys: Custom Knit Hats, Stocking Caps, Scarves, Beanies, Headbands by Wisconsin Knitwear. Made in the USA!
They claim to be able to "customize to fit your needs" and they are in WI.

Take a look at Alibaba.com - The world's largest online B2B marketplace. and use 'custom beanie' as the keyword. A lot of these guys are overseas and have pretty high minimums ... but it doesn't hurt to look ...
