Hi,

Could you please tell me how you would screen print this design ?
I have a 6 color press, and need to print this on a black tees.

Do I have to use simulate process ?
Do I have to reduce the number of colors ?

wow that is a lot of detail and colors.
Have you thought about dtg? transfers?
Might be better for that image, at least in my opinion

i would have to agree, unless you simplify the design a little in terms of the color because then you would just have the white pre-print, yellow, blue, green, red, black. or whatever the order may be. Its not impossible, but i'd look into other methods depending on the size of the print.

if you went with spot colors on your 6 color press, you could pull it off using these colors:

blue, red, brown, yellow, and black

and that would leave you one screen for your white underbase

to do this you would have to use screens of solid colors to achieve the lighter colors and also overlap a blue and yellow screen to get that green on the paint roller (or change the green to something else)

I can do this in 5 colors.

Black, red, blue, lite brown, yellow.
To get grey you would halftone the black. to get lighter brown (for his face) also halftone the brown.
Depending on the shirt color. You could use the color of the shirt. A blue shirt. You wouldnt need to print blue.
