Re: What is your typical turnaround The worst thing is, once ou tell a customer you will waive your rush fee this time, they will always call you up 1-2 days before they need the next order and expect you to have it done on time without paying extra. At least that has been my experience.
If you are going to charge a fee, STICK TO IT!!!! Otherwise it will come back to bite you in the butt.
