Default Halftones/ washing them out

Hello all, when burning dots 45lpi on 220 yellow mesh, Whats your steps on washing dots out?
Soak screens in water?
power washer?
I am new to this and i use a brass nozzle hooked to garden hose but it takes for ever and some don't come out,,do i need more pressure?

Try less exposure time. Is your black- BLACK?

i think it is , i use epson 2200 and inkjet transpariences..w/rip

i also use ulano qtx.
i use this exposure unit: 25x36" Auto UV Exposure Unit w/ Aluminum Compression Lid

qtx is superfast. i burn 230's in 1 min 20 sec.

i'd suggest searching the forums for "exposure calculator" for troubleshooting exposure times.

after i expose, i wet both sides of the screen with a pressure washer that is turned off- just so normal water pressure comes through the nozzle, in a dark room. then i flip on the backlight in the washout booth and finish the job, also with only normal water pressure. you will see the image lighten, flip the screen, it will lighten more and then wash through.
