Default Screen printing photoquality images
Is it possible to screen print something that looks similiar to a picture or do I have to go with DTG or similiar process?

yes you can look for on this forum for simulate process on dark garment or 4 color process on light garment. If you have a press whit 8 to 12 colors you can do index separation.
