Website. We have a showroom office with a warehouse in the rear. There are two sets of warehouses, the front one faces the street. We are in the back set which does not get any street exposure. Anyhow, this whole area is industrial business's so the street exposure here does ZIP, NADA.

All come by from our website and secret marketing techniques . Work on the website keywords, if you google us by typing our state "state screen printing," we are top number 3. The two above us are yellowpages, so I guess they don't really count...We are still fine tuning our website and keywords every day until its perfect.

hahahaha. sorry but it's a bit of contradiction eh.

I would say it would have to come down to the Quality of your web site, ease of use etc. or alturnativly the location of your shop.
IMHO having both gives you more credibility. it gives Web customers something tangible to associate to.

Hi. Think most folks nowadays prefer to browse on the web. My own business is totally online.

Trouble with storefront shops, is customers have to drive there and then find somewhere to park. It's difficult to showcase all the designs in a physical shop and a potential customer may have to wait while another customer gets dealt with first.

One failing of many storefront businesses, is that they seldom advertise their web site on their exterior signage. That can be a loss of potential income, from folks that don't have the time to visit.
