Default Screenprint Lanyards

Has anyone got any tips on screenprinting lanyards? Or maybe a video link that I can look at. Thanks

We have printed hair ribbons for cheerleaders also! ugh!

The best tip I can give is to imprint several at one time - as many as you can fit on the platten. Then how many images you can fit on the screen.

We printed one side at a time - depending on the repeated pattern of text/logos you maybe able to print both sides (left & right not front & back) at once. That would be the very best.

Do a "dry run" & literally lay the lanyards on the platten & lay the screen down - does anything keep the screen off contact too much?

Print a test - would you have missed any lanyards? Get some cheap ribbon & test out the plan.

Here's what you need,

YouTube - RokuPrint Automated Lanyard Screen Printer

Actually printing lanyards always seemed like a pain in the butt. We get them from ad specialty suppliers. You can get them printed, sublimated, or woven.

Honestly, you might work out better by checking out a dedicated printer of promo materials. Kaeser-Blair does lanyards, among other things, often at a pretty cheap price.

Also, they sell mostly through resellers, which is mostly what you will find by googling it. Set yourself up as a reseller, make the profit off the customer, and make the profit off KB!

Thanks, I actually have used people to do it for me. The only gripe here is that they take 3 -4 weeks. I really want to keep my customers happy by being able to supply in the shortest time possible. This is the only reason why I want to do it myself. The other thing is that there is always a large minimum order! Some of my guys only want 50 units. I really appreciate all the feedback though, its been amazing. I am going to carry on plugging away at this. In the meantime I will give them the option of having a few that I can sublimate myself.
