Default Screen print cracking

I recently had some screen print work done on hanes heavyweight 50/50 t-shirts. One of my customers told me that the design is cracking. Why is that? I don't want to put out bad quality items. Thanks.

If the ink is cracking it is most likely due to being under cured.

If you still have shirts left, get them to a printer and see if they can run them through the dryer for you and that will fix those you still have on hand, and then you can replace the one that you had a customer tell you cracked.

Hope this helps!

Dave

Doesn't a heat press squish the detail out of most screen printing prints?

I've had that issue before .
