Default problems with shirts lifting off platen

hello,
if anyone has advice on this, i would appreciate it!
when printing white ink on darks, after a few dozen shirts, when i lift the screen, it pulls the shirt off the platen slightly in spots, so the next color is slightly out of registration. more spray tack dosent work. could it be the flash temperature? i put a fan at the next station, and it dosent seem to help. per a friend's advice, ive tried retentionalbe frames with more off contact, and it still is doing it. if it is the temperature of the flash, would someone know if an after market thermostat is available for a flash unit?

Sounds like you maybe getting an ink build up on the screen after doing some shirts. Try a little more off point from the start, or wipe the under side of the screen and try to remove it that way.

Willy, the shirts are lifting in several spots because there is no adhesive there, it looks like you are loading your shirts with the adhesive still wet. Assuming you have the right adhesive for flash, first clean your palettes, apply the adhesive and wait until it is dry, then loads your shirts and start printing, don't apply to much, just a light coat that way you will prime your palettes correctly, keep adding light coats of adhesive and let it dry, that way the shirt will remain in place without taking out the adhesive in spots.
Hope this can help you.
Thanks,
Challenger
