Default emulsion problems

I just ran out of my KIWO poly one coat SBQ, so I ordered a new KIWO poly one coat (not SBQ). I was told it was fast-exposing, but I figured the other one was, too, so I didn't adjust my time any. I exposed a 110 mesh screen for one minute and it was overexposed. So I did the next one at 45 seconds and it was still overexposed. Anyone have any experience with this emulsion? The rep said 35 seconds, but she didn't say on what size mesh.

Correction to last post. I just looked at the tub of emulsion that they sent me and it is the same kind. Then why did it take 55-60 seconds to expose 110 on the first tub of it and now I am overexposing at 45 seconds on 110 with the new bucket. Same Lot number and everything.

I'm currently switching from laser to inkjet and i've needed to nearly cut in half my exposure time. The toner was a much better UV block than the inkjet, which allowed me to greatly overexpose the screen, without having anything go wrong. With the inkjet, things went wrong.

You may want to check your film against some old film and be sure that something else hasn't changed.

It may be the emulsion is a bad batch, especially if it's the same type. We use KIWO brand, and got a batch that would not hold in the mesh when I did a wash out, using all the same settings & velumns. After 3 tries, I had my supplier send another container, and problem was solved.
