Here is a problem evident to international printers but possibly missed by all in the USA.
Most of your suppliers, in this instance TSC Apparel, do not regularly ship out of the country. This means that are totally inept in dealing with someone who wants to buy their product.
I have dealt with TSC for almost 2 years and yet when I tried to purchase a small order of approx. 80 shirts and have them sent to me Air Parcel Post they refused. They would only send them UPS or FedEx.
Unfortunately this is way out of line on costs and yet, even though I prepay and take full responsibility no joy in using the old Post Office.

Unfortunately other major suppliers are just as bad. However, I finally found the answer.
So listen up out there you suppliers.
I found a local courier who will go to the factory, pick up my box and take it to the Post Office and mail it. Total cost $10 plus mail fee.
It has taken me 20 days to finally find a solution to this problem.
