I have been ordering pre-sensitized emulsion from Standard Supply in NYC - just wondering if there is any difference in brands? I have seen ads for Ulano as well.

Difference in price or useability? What are you paying now. What useability issues are you having?

I have some issues with the fine details in the emulsions my sprayer washes out the emulsion some areas - not really usability issues - this issues maybe just more of my ghetto exposure with is a 300W bulb with a metal reflector.

You should try a 500W halogen work light. Also pretty cheap (and ghetto), but will work better than a 300W bulb, I'm pretty sure.
