Default Help with corel

I'm trying to fix a logo but my problem I don't know how to make the logo any darker. I just scanned it in and the logo looks really spottey and light. Please help me.

Can you edit in PhotoPaint then: Adjust/Brightness,Contrast?
or Adjust/Tone Curve.
