Thanks for all your help in advance.

We are quoting our first athletic event (road race w/ 800 - 1000 shirts) and were wondering about what terms and conditions should we use.

We would like to ask for a % deposit (basically to cover material costs). Is there an industry standard on this?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
