Default Real issues!!!

Im making a screen but the problem is it always get messed up when i wash it
, i even bump the exposure time an extra 30sec, im using those halogen exposure, do i have to use the glass? because last time i didnt use it and it came out fine, and this couple of time the screen is going crazy. how hard should the water be when washing out the screen? like pressure washer hard or garden hose hard?

Is there different with water resistance and regular emulsion?

I would use the glass. You may be exposing it for too long. What exactly is the problem? Is the design washing out too much? The pressure should be hard, but you dont want to pound the screen with too much water pressure. You should be able to wash it out with a hose or a pressure washer. Just go easy with it.

We use a 1500 PSI powerewasher to wash out screen. Get an exposure calculator to see what is your optimum buring time for your situation.

i blew the design using 1500psi preassure washer, how long does it usually take to wash a screen?
i put more emulsion today on the screen and it came out better, but i want the ink to come out thinner with less emulsion, so thats my problem here...

The glass in the halogen lights are UV filters.
And that is what burn your screen.
You should remove the glass for screen exposure.
I have the 500 watts halogen 16" over the screen, the time 12min. I never failed, until now.
