Well this is my first post here. And I want to say hi first off to my new friends.
I just ordered a kit package, from silkscreeningsupplies.com. It is called Econo 4 Color Press & Package here is the link if you want to take a look at it.
What I really want to know is where can I buy T-Shirts? I live in California, Los Angeles. I want to get the t-shirts at a good cost (cheep) but good quality. I also don’t have a resale number.
What kinds of shirts are good to get?
I was thinking of Alstyle Apparel & Activewear, as I like how long they last and how thick they are.
If you aren't looking for an incredibly large amount of shirts but still would like wholesale prices, search "american apparel lot" on eBay. There are some sellers that allow you to buy in bulk of 12 and you can choose each color and size of EVERY shirt. The shirts run around $3.25 in the deal. Pretty good if you ask me!
Since your from LA (as am I though i no longer live there) i would check Main St and the 10 Freeway (about half block south of Pico) there is a small shop called Oxford...very nice little old lady owns that spot...anyhow she sells mainly AAA (Alstyle) and i can vouch...she is the largest distributor in LA to the garment district. My family has been doing business with her for more than 15 years i'd say...and she moves MAD containers.

Wow! im about 10 minutes away from her,What's the minimum purchase amount?
You can try bulkwholesaleapparel.com and jiffyshirts.com if you dont want to sign up to see pricing. For american apparel try tscapparel.com. You have to fax them over your info so they can add you to their database and you can get the wholesale pricing. Also try broderbros.com you also have to sign up to see the prices but its worth it. Make sure you check shipping costs as those can determine who you end up purchasing from.
Cool thanks! I am checking out the entire sites. And they are very helpful. I also went to sing up for Alsyle. The did require a Resale Number. But I just left it blank and they sent me an email saying that I did not give them a Resale Number. But, that they well open my account with out the Resale #. they still offered me the Resale prices + tax. They well take off the tax when I fax them my Resale Number.
