I was trying to print white text onto a red shirt yesterday. I would print, flash then put down my black trap. But the white wasn't very opaque. You could basically see red right through it. So I printed the white, flashed, printed white again, flashed then put down my black and it looked awesome. So my question is this, is there any way to get a good looking white print without having to lay it down twice? Thanks alot,

Red has always been a hard color to print on. With the plastisol method, print flash print is the only way, using max opaque inks. The best results with only one stroke would be with white plasticharge by Union Ink. It comes mixed with the white pigment, but you need to add 6% of the ZFS activator. Print it on a reactive dye shirt, (most are), with a156 mesh screen, and it looks pretty good. It isn't the screaming white you get with opaque plastisols, but for one hit, it's not bad. It's also pretty soft and it gets softer after you wash it. Check it out and see.
