Re: Question about putting white ink on dark shirt Red has always been a hard color to print on. With the plastisol method, print flash print is the only way, using max opaque inks. The best results with only one stroke would be with white plasticharge by Union Ink. It comes mixed with the white pigment, but you need to add 6% of the ZFS activator. Print it on a reactive dye shirt, (most are), with a156 mesh screen, and it looks pretty good. It isn't the screaming white you get with opaque plastisols, but for one hit, it's not bad. It's also pretty soft and it gets softer after you wash it. Check it out and see. |
