I am fixing my blog with all of my pictures of my custom exposure box and all of my processes.
it is xxx. i can't post my blog because it's like self-promotion, so just PM me for it if you want to check it out.
anyway, you do not need a 1000 watt metal halide or even a vacuum unit.
once i post my pictures which will be by the end of the day today, may 27th, hopefully, you will see that it can cost you as little as like 50 dollars.
personally i built a movable, collapsible exposure box with simple 2x4s and screws. i use a 500 watt halogen work light that i picked up from pep boys for 20 dollars. i use a totally uv safe room and have my images about 30 inches from my light.
you will see what i mean when i post my pictures, just check back later today at my blog.
