I need help. I'm having trouble putting the emusion on. I try using the one that came with my kit from silk screening supplies.com
But the one that came with it is different from the one the guy uses on the video. He shows both of them. But I don't understand how to use the smaller one. I don't understand where to put the ink. Or how to put it on please help me.

did you mean you dont know where to put the emulsion??

and the smaller one of what? pail of emulsion?

did you get a coater? (aka scoop loader) you use these to apply a thin & even layer of emulsion to the screen.

you then wait for it to dry and expose(burn) your image onto the emulsion. you then wash out the image leaving bare mesh, which is where you put your ink.

I mean I got the small scoop to put the emulison on. But I;m confused where to put the emulison in the scoop

Before you use it, first remove the long plastic cover piece (that runs the length of the scoop coater)(that's just for protectin it from dings when not in use)
then pop on the end pieces, then pour in some of the emulsion (into the "v" shape) and then depending on if it's a low mesh screen or higher mesh, use either the fatter rolled edge or the skinnier one (watch the dvd again) and apply. Remember you want to hear that lil squeak (like a finger nail on a chalkboard) when you apply the emulsion.
Just watch your video again.
