I use Wilflex White Buffalo and add soft hand clear to achieve the thickness and opacity I like. I recently ran out of Wilflex Yellow and decided to try their Lemon Yellow. When using this ink over a white base on jerzees 50/50 black t-shirts, the yellow ink will bubble and altho it cures, the bubbles will break and the shirts look terrible. I didn't change my flash height, it doesn't seem to have anything to do with my screens, and the dryer is set the same as always. My other jobs still look fine, it's only happening with the yellow. Suggestions? Should I post pics of examples? Bad bucket of ink?

are you putting down 2 prints of white? i've had that happen (not just yellow) if i have a 2 hit white with color on top. not sure why they do that. i'll usually run the belt a little faster so they cure, but not as hot as what i normally run them. it also seems to do it randomly, like i had a little thicker print on the ones that bubble, so maybe make sure all your prints are consistent. (which i guess we should be doing anyway!!)

maybe try one hit white and 2 hits yellow, it's 3 prints either way.
