Exclamation couple of questions

first, i've been printing for a year or so and things have been good but recently i have been coming across problems.

1. why do the shirts i have printed begin to fade only after 2-3 weeks.

2. can i over dry a shirt after its been printed?

3. when washing out my screens the emulsion either wont come off or all of it comes off.

4. some of my designs after drying and washing, are still on the shirt but have cracked.

please let me know if anyone has any answers for me

The shirts, or the print? If its the print, then the inks not cured.
2. can i over dry a shirt after its been printed?
Not unless you scorch it.
3. when washing out my screens the emulsion either wont come off or all of it comes off.
Over or Under exposure can cause this, use a exposure guage to check.
4. some of my designs after drying and washing, are still on the shirt but have cracked.
Too thick on the ink or if you flashing to much time.

Your ink is not fully curing. After you think it has cured, stretch the shirt laterally and if the ink cracks, it isn't cured.

You should probably post details of exactly how you print and cure for anyone to help you more specifically.

you may also need to change your bulbthat you use to expose your screens. they generally dont have longevity on their side. They will still work but will lose a lot of power.
