Default All over print help !!!

I want to make a all over print shirt where the entire front of the shirt is covered or the whole shirt is covered... Where do you go to get this done or what do you ask for?

I would assume two things, one being that my 4 color press can't do it... Second that few print shops do it???

Check out these Photos and help explain to me how its done thanks guys I am so excited to see what you come up with !!!

The first one is dye sub. The second is an all over belt print. I set my press up to print all-over up to 3 colors.

We do it on sizes up to XL. We have a jumbo oversized press with 40x50 platens and this is how we do it. Some do it with a belt printer. Usually people just ask for an 'all over print'.

I use a huge platen with a bracket on a M&R Chameleon. For a 30+" wide print area, I use an 18" 70/90/70 and do side by side print strokes. To avoid ugly overlap gloss and armpit pooling I use lots of fashion base (basically as reducer). For multicolor jobs, loose registration is always the best option, and you can spray starch inside the shirt to keep it from moving around too much.

Yes, you can do it that way for a few prints - the problem is keeping any consistancy across much larger runs it becomes more and more difficult with the more shirt/imprints you do. But, as you can see and have proven it can be done.
