i want to print something like this,and i was wondering if i could. but im not really sure how to approach it, really hope to get some help from you pros ^^

duh...
in the picture you can see that they made a stencil and then hand painted it... cure with hair dryer & Mom's iron.

Do you need info on stenceling? Maybe you can repost with a new subject to get the specific help you need.

so.. what paint would be best to use for stenciling? and do i blow the design after the paint right after? or iron it first? or let it dry =X sorry, im dont know anything.
