Have you ever used drying machine to dry ink??
I printed tons of T-shirts.
My friends told me to use a drying machine to dry ink becasue it is easy.
I did for 1 hour, but when I did washing test the ink washed out.
For 1 hour is short? I used Aqur Brite textile colors.

Re: Have you ever used drying machine to dry ink?? What kind of ink are you using? A clothes dryer does not get hot enough to dry ink. Depending on the brand you are using, if it is waterbased, a heat press or iron may work. Read your ink instructions.

I used Aqur Brite textile colors ink which is Standard screen printing Co.products. It is water color ink. They wrote they should be heat 300 degree.
If I use iron, how long should I press??

Re: Have you ever used drying machine to dry ink?? If you use a household iron, I would do it 3 minutes each side (inside & outside the print) at the highest iron setting. This is going to be much better than a clothes dryer. Dryers usually don't get hotter than 175 degrees.

Re: Have you ever used drying machine to dry ink?? Thank you!
Maybe iron is good. Now I am thinking to use catalyst.... also.
The best things is to get a conveyor oven, if I am rich!
