I have always Printed on 100% Cotton (cause I usually do all the ordering)

But today Had a Customer come in, They brought me some Aprons 65% Polyester and 35% Cotton, I should be alright Putting a Plastisol ink down Right? Or Do I have to add Nylabond? Or ..... Any help in this department would be helpfull....

Also I have a Flash Cure unit... Any difference in Flashing this, Opposed to 100% Cotton?

I use plastisol on all of my aprons... then run them through the dryer, so I would think you will be fine...

Do you adjust your temp for your dryer? (I am using a flash Cure

(dryer currently awaiting another pannel)

Plastisol should be fine. Only problem I can see is if the aprons are dark and you use a light ink (like white), you could have dye migration problems. I'd use a low bleed ink.

Na these are white Aprons and White Table slip covers... Putting down a Black and a Teal on it..... Non touching colors...

Well I just did the aprons .. So they look good so far....

Sorry it took me so long to reply back... I used to cure with a flash dryer and I would just adjust the head a tad higher than normal and check my temp with the infrared thermometer. Glad they are working out for you! Would love to see some pics when you are done ;o)
