Default can you use Just a frame? (no printing machine)

I have some very small designs and i would like to get about 6 on one screen. Is it possible to just manually put the frame on the t-shirt and just position the image in the right place without using a printing machine. Is there anyway of getting off contact by using this method?

I started printing shirts on an ironing board with a small speedball screen. It can be done that way, sure.
