Unhappy color disappears

Hello everybody!
I am screen printing navy blue hoodies with vegas gold plastisol ink and when I cure the ink the navy bleeds through the gold ink. What am I doing wrong?

print a layer, flash a layer, print another layer.

If the hoodies are 50/50 or pigment dyed, there is migration of the garment dye through the ink. You will need to print a base using Low-Bleed white ink, flash and then print the gold. Even doing a PFP with gold ink (that isn't low bleed) won't solve the problem.

Also if the hoodies are 50/50 keep an eye on your cure temp. Keep it to whatever the ink manuf calls for (ie.320°F). If you get it too high (and it only has to be about 350-360°F for it to happen), you'll get off-gassing and color migration from the garment INTO the ink.
