Hello All, Hoping to get some advice on a couple printing projects I have coming up. How would you do the color separations to print these graphics? I would like to achieve the most realistic replication of the effects in this art. Should these be done as Simulated Process prints, or standard spot color prints? Any suggestions on how many colors to print & the best approach to do color seps? I have vector art. Thanks a MILLION!
Re: How would you do the color seperations for this?
Only looks like 3 colors to me: Blue, white and red.(assuming what you are printing on is black). Sorry I cant really help with the seperations. I would think that the blue and white would be done in halftone dots. Have the white halftone inside blend with the blue to make the light blue fade and the blue will continue to fade into the black to get to the darker blue. Hope that makes sense( it does in my head but I cant find the words to explain it correctly) Thats how i would do it if i were maki g the logo.
