Dyeing your own t-shirts where to start? Hello everyone,
I am looking into dyeing my own shirts and i need a lot of info. any help would be great.

1. setup what do i need to start?
2.What kind of shirts should i use?
3.Where do i get dyes?
4.And anything else i might need to know?

I do my own baby gear in black. By the dye commercially. (Ask around at fabric supply/sewing machine stores they will be able to point you in the right direction locally)

It is best if you have a seperate washing machine to do this.... trust me partners DON'T like seeing white go in and black coming out! (Although when she isn't around an extra load here and there hasn't caused any dramas, although I like to run it empty before putting a normal wash through just to be sure)

It's not hard but don't forget it isn't just the cost of the dye, it is the power, water and labour you use too
