Looking at their website, this is just a standard infrared dryer w/ a conveyor belt. Infrared dryers use heat panels to project heat onto the conveyor belt. The larger the "oven", which is the enclosure itself, the more heat panels, the better the dryer. Basically your print "cooks" under the infrared panel as it moves thru the oven portion, curing the ink. The main idea here is to get the ink layer up to cure temp, which is usually 320 degrees for most inks, so it's a combination of time (speed of the belt) and size of the oven. The print needs to stay under the infrared panel long enough to get to cure temp, where the entire layer of ink top to bottom, gets cured....dryers such as this model with a smaller oven space will require a slower belt speed, so that has to do w/ production speed, how many shirts can go thru this dryer per hour. If your a beginner printer, then a model like this would be OK, but as your gain speed in printing, then the dryer may not be able to keep up, especially if printing heavier inks like white & gold on dark shirts. Due to the thickness of the ink, the belt speed would have to be slowed down to make sure the entire layer of ink reaches cure temp. If printing only white/lite color shirts w/ darker, less thick ink, then this model would be OK for a beginner, but once again, as you gain speed in printing, it's still going to take the same amount of time for the shirt to cure, so while you can print 60 white shirts per hour, the dryer may only be able to cure 45 white shirts per hour....if you speed the belt up too much, then you risk the ink washing out.
