explain how your trying to clean them/reclaim them
You need to use the proper chemicals to reclaim the screens. I need some more details to figure out what's going wrong.
what do you mean it doesnt come off easily, are you exposing, or are you trying to wash out the emulsion and re-burn a screen. whatever it is people need to know what steps you are taking to get you to your problem, what out knowing how can anybody help you. explain from step one so we can help you
I degreased the screens prior to use, i put emulsion on and burned the image and I can not get the image to wash out.
what mesh count, how did you coat it, what did you use to expose it, where are you washing it out(inside, outside in the sun, which some people have done). are you using a water hose or pressure washer . can you post pics
110 & 156 for mesh count. I do not have a "dark room" set up but a low lite area, i was told would work. after doing a wedge test i determained that 6 to 61/2 min should work for time under the lamp. I have a lumitron. When I first washed out I did it in my kitchen since my wash bay is not completely hooked up and then later moved to outside and used a pressure washer to wash but that seemed to be too powerful.
outside is a no no. you probabbly exposed it out there. i use my pressure washer with the power off, just as if it was a hose. it has just the right amount of pressure. i had no luck with a water hose much less a sink. try to work under safe lighting(yellow)
