Ok so I want to start making some of my own full t-shirt screen prints. i am pretty new to screening so I am looking to have someone experience burn my screen for me. I will be using a pattern like this one and want the pattern to cover the entire front and back of the shirt.

Can someone recommend the size screen (largest size i will be printing is hanes large, so for full print how much larger than my shirt should my screen be?) and what type of mesh I would want to use if I am printing a pattern such as this (each figure in the pattern will be 1.5 in long)? I will be using plastisol ink.

Also what are the cheapest place online you know of who will burn a screen like that for me?

If anyone could help me out with these question it would be greatly appreciated.

You might want to look locally for a screen printer who would be willing to burn your screen for you. We burn screens for a couple of places locally.
