Contract Printing Help I am a retail printer and I've been subbing work to other contract printers in my area from the start of my business but at the end of the day I seem to always be paying out more to my contract printers and making less off money off of the deals. What is the best way to work with contract printers? My goal is to have a 50% margin but my only profit center is the actual garment/item but I don't have room to markup on the printing because I want to keep my prices competitive. What do I do? |
