Default emulison horror! ONE RUBBERY AND ONE WONT DRY 2 DIFFERENT CONTAINERS

i have not screen printed since oct and had some emulison that has been in a dark dry cool place. we tried to do a screen and the emulison wouldnt dry.. so then i thought that it wasnt any good cause i never had any problem with it when we were doing it alot. (dont know why). So then I opened a brand new box of emulison (SAATIchem both of them).. ok so this time this emulison dried however it dried in some areas with huge bubbles. after exposing the screen you could see the image appear but when i went to spray it off so i can print my shirts. the emulison wouldnt come off ...Now if you take your finger nail and scratch it then it will come off a lil bit not much but it is VERY VERY RUBBERY!!! now i cant get any of it off ... any clue on how to get it off i used screen reclaimer so now it is on TWO SCREENS and i have no clue what to do HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
