I think this will be the last post
before I go into production.
I have been in a big circle, and
I am back to the first screen printer.
the shop will do my art on tee's I
provide for roughly $5.50 a shirt
which will bring my cost to around
$8.00 each. He believes it should
be done in a 8 color process.
So I'll be into the run at right around
$1200.
Another print shop would do the
same run, but in a four color process
for $5.50 including the shirt..I provide
the shirt..
These pieces of artwork are very
colorful, but I not knowing anything
about what is needed, am asking
how much difference there really
is between the two, figuring the is
some..but is it worth it.

The 8 color option could also be for 4 color process plus some spot colors that are out of gamut for 4 color process to accurately reproduce. We do that sometimes. I almost always prefer the look of simulated process better than 4 color process. I think the colors usually are much more vibrant.
