Default got this from a customer - what does process color mean?

Well I'm thinking of doing a special Hoodie, with a .925 silver Pull "Designed by Frank and Me" whats your unit cost with Process color "1000+ to start" These would be limited Editions....Eduardo.

what does he mean process color does he mean screen print. What would be a good amount to charge and should I get half up front or all. This would be a job that would greatly help getting us off the ground. Also, who sells a quality hoodie at a reasonable price.

I have a question out of curiosity.. Is this a customer you know or someone out of the blue???
Be really careful if its someone you dont know as there are alot of scams going on with both the t-shirt and banner businesses..

they will want to pay with a credit card (not theirs) then have someone pick up the shirts..aand you give them the differance back in cash.. (of which would be money out of your pocket as the credit card will get a charge back as its stolen)..
Not saying this is a scam but be careful..

OO and if they talk on the phone with on of those operators for the deaf.. thats another sign that its someone from another country trying to con you..

Search the wholesale section of the forum for hoodies and you'll find dozens of vendors

Yes, process color means screen printing. Usually it means like a 4 color process screen print where you use the four basic colors to create a design that seemingly has hundreds of colors/fades in it.

Yeah I got a weird one the other day they wanted 500 sleeveless shirts. with 10 diff designs, all in some way religions. They didn't have a phone number I could call them at and when I asked how they where going to pay. they said with a credit card and check. I immediately told them in a response via email that I would need the check first before I made the shirts. they said they where going to send it. then I got another email that said the check was deposited my your account. I immediately called my bank to make sure no one had taken any money out and requested that they call me if any charges or debits came through that where over $500 bucks.

I have found a pretty nice hoodie at jonlauren.com. $6.50 per. nice feel too. I forgot I had gotten a case last month.

would a plastisol transfer do the same and be more cost effective? its a simple 4 color design.
