Default Exposure unit bulb?

Hi searching for 6 unfiltered black lights to use.

is this one any good at:

F40T12/BL - 391532


also..

it says its 48" long isn't that too big?

if you're exposure box isn't 48" long, then yes, a 48" bulb is too big. It needs to be whatever size you're box is.

how/what are you using to expose the screens?

well right now I've just been using the sun but the new emulsion I bought doesn't allow you to use the sun. You defiantly need an exposure unit, so I'm just gonna build one

That would be the bulb, although I bought 'em cheaper at TopBulb. You can also get 24" ones if you don't need an exposure unit that large. The one I slapped together is 48" with 10 bulbs packed in there. Looks like a tanning bed.

Thats huge! ha

I found some on this site called light bulbs etc.

i got 6, 30 watt, 36" bulbs

gonna build my exposure unit when they get here

I use 48" Black Lights from Home Depot and they work great.
