Re: Best way to print this design I didnt notice the gradient...thought it was the flash. No go with the vinyl.

Re: Best way to print this design It also depends on how soft of hand you want. Vinyl definately would not be soft. If soft is desired then we would screen print that design with discharge.

Re: Best way to print this design How many of these are there? I would screen print them personally. Probably not with discharge, but with a 230 and flash with another 230. You would get a great gradient at a 55 line screen.

Re: Best way to print this design The gradient is necessary. It is more a test file for me, as I never made haltone, only spotcolor.
For the process, if I screen print it
In photoshop I convert it to bitmap choose a 55 line screen, diamond shape , make some cleaning, print it and burn it on a 230 screen ?
I have no discharge ink, but can print it on a light garment with black ink.
Is that correct ?
