Default chemicals and inks

does anyone use nonharzardous chemicals and inks and is there such a thing?

I use a soy based ink degradent to clean my screens.

Smells very clean, and Seems to be "Healthy"

What my partner was wanting to know is how you dispose of the watse from the chemicals you just pour them down the drain or do you have to take them to a toxic dump?
